My first time trying salvia was seeing it at a smoke shop and the owner telling me it was 'interesting'. But that it was also necessary to smoke a very small amount with as hot a flame possible i.e. torch lighter.

30 seconds to a min. later, there was a pins and needles feeling all through my body. Then, I was next to another being, 3-D, and made completely of rotating puzzle pieces. I was also made of 3-D rotating puzzle pieces. I remember that it physically seemed to hurt. Whether it really did or not, I do not know. I remember asking what's going on, and the being replied, 'get used to it, this is the way it is here'.

I honestly did not like this answer at all as I had no prior idea how long I would remain in this state or if I would ever come out. *I must mention that most psychedelics I prefer to take alone* All that is now except for Salvia, for which I have a much greater respect. I've tried it twice since the first time, each of these subsequent times with a sober sitter.

The first time I ended up crawling up on the counter somehow and standing on the electric coil heaters on top of the stove, which the one I stood on was on of course, leaving black burnt rings in the bottom of my left foot. Hence always making sure to have a sitter after that first experience.

The sitter was my loyal brother, who said I looked fine, but mentioned everything was covered with red vines licorice. Although the next time I partook with him as a sitter, he had to physically restrain me and I remember nothing except for coming out of the trip. It must have been a higher dose than my first two tries as I remember nothing and scared the crap out of my sitter.
