I have done a lot of drugs in my short life. My repertoire includes amphetamines, barbiturates, benzodiazepines, cannabis, cocaine, DXM, ethanol, mescaline, mushrooms, MDMA, Salvia Divinorum, and just about every opiate under the sun. Of all of these , drugs of the opiate variety has always been my favorite, especially oxymorphone.

The first time I insufflated oxymorphone, in the form of 5mg of Opana ER, I had the most intense opiate high I had ever experienced. The body bus, the nod, the euphoria, I loved every aspect of this rare pharmaceutical.

Since my first experience with oxymorphone, I have used it a countless number of times in the past year. An acquaintance of my friend D has a prescription but dislikes the nausea he experiences from its effects and therefore sells the pills, so I have a somewhat steady supply. For informational purposes, I will document tonight’s experience with 10 mg of Opana ER.

My best friend Z had picked up six 20mg Opana ER tablets for $200, four for me and two for him. Sitting in his car outside my house, I prepared the drug for insufflating. For this task I have determined the Ped Egg , conventionally used for scraping calluses off of one’s feet, is the best suited. In a manner similar to a cheese grater, I shave off half of one of the small green stop signs onto the smooth surface of my friend Z’s calculus notebook. Because the coating of the tablets give the powder a greenish tent, me and my friends sometimes refer to powdered oxymorphone as 'leprechaun lines' After using a credit card to shape the fine powder into a line, I snorted the substance with a rolled up banknote. Z does the same and we say goodbye and I go inside my house.

Oxymorphone takes longer to take effect than most drugs when snorted, such as cocaine or speed. Around ten minutes after dosing while watching T.V. I start to experience lightheadedness and pinned pupils. A sense of warm euphoria fills my being, and all of my worries melt away. This tingly warmth always begins in my head and spreads to my chest, stomach, and extremities. The effects reach their peak at the one hour mark and plateau for around two hours. I smoke a cigarette, and the nicotine potentiates my buzz momentarily. After approximately five hours the effects have completely faded away, and I am filled with a creeping desire for more of the drug.

The only negative side effects I experience are difficulty urinating and swallowing. I have also experienced nausea in high doses, but this has not happened recently. The itching from the drug is often quite intense, but this can be remedied with one or two Benadryl tablets. Of all things I have snorted, I can say Opana is the easiest on the nose, with little burn or irritation. I have never had a nosebleed from frequently snorting Opana as I have from cocaine and amphetamine.

Of all drugs I have done, I can surely say Opana has been the most addictive to me. I have never been physically addicted, but the mental addiction is very powerful. I spend about $100 a week on Opana and experience intense cravings when it is not available. This addiction has not caused any severe problems in my life, and I do my best to keep it in check.

I have found oxymorphone to be a very enjoyable drug and recommend it to anyone looking for a good time. Though t is important to use caution due to the potency and addictive potential involved, I think in the end the positives outweigh the negatives if moderation is exercised.
