So I have some brief experience with psychadelics (having only tried LSD twice, shrooms once, and DXM numerous times) and I usually smoke about an 8th of cannabis a day, but I am by no means a 'seasoned tripper'. I had purchased 4 hits of blotter paper, 2 for me and 2 for a friend, and believed that I was getting LSD. When I returned to my friends house, we took our 'acid' and took a couple rips off of the Gravity Bong and listened to some music. It was around 7:30 pm.

About one half to one hour later I started to get those butterfly like feelings in my stomach and it made me laugh a little and by now I was starting to feel kinda good. It was like when LSD or Shrooms first kick in. Then my friend left the room to go look for the movie Avatar to entertain us during our trip. As I was waiting for his return, I noticed that the walls just started swaying in a see-saw type motion. Slightly startled that I was gonna start my trip alone I became washed with anxiety looking back at the door every couple of seconds wondering where my friend went. Then out of the corner of my eye I saw something moving and when I looked down at the ground, it was an empty mcdonalds cup without the straw and for some reason I thought it was barking at me even though I couldnt hear anything but the music I was listening to. My friend finally returned shortly after but without the movie. Determined to watch Avatar we called one of my friends who I knew had the movie. He never answered so I left him a message of me babbling on since I had forgotten the name of the movie we were asking for. I couldnt for the life of me communicate the fact that I wanted the movie Avatar. After this failed attempt, my friend remembered that he had let his aunt borrow the movie. We walked down the street to his aunts house where his uncle greeted us with a joint.

Feeling that we were on some kind of mission, both of us passed up the joint because it would just slow us down and I figured I wouldnt be able to feel it anyway. By time our mission was over and we had the movie in our possession, we decided to look at the stars since by now it was at least 9:30. My friend and I laid in the middle of the road looking at the stars and clouds. When it finally came time for the movie, I was very uninterested in watching it. Apparently sometime through the movie I passed out and was snoring very loudly so my friend decided to go on a walk by himself. When he came back he made some comment like 'I guess u didnt like the movie' and all I remember thinking was 'what the FUCK are you talking about????'. I hadnt even realized that I had fallen asleep. A little bit delirious and still wondering why my friend asked me that, I saw that the credits were rolling and I asked my friend why he shut the movie off. He then started cracking up and told me how I was passed out for the whole movie and that he just decided to go on a walk. That was the end of my trip and after that we just smoked more Cannabis the rest and went to bed since somehow it was like 11:00 pm.

Now I have done LSD on 2 other occasions. One time I took 2 hits and then the next time I only took one hit and both of those times I tripped for a minimum of 10 hours. And both of those times I have done LSD, I have NEVER fallen asleep. I actually tried to fall asleep my first time tripping and it was absolutely impossible. The trip was also very mild compared to LSD. I never once felt unsafe or started going into a bad trip even when I was around my friends parents (who would be ok with smoking cannabis but livid about us using LSD). I felt that I could turn off my trip whenever I needed to. I could still think clearly with the exception of the previous mentioned phone call. I would not say it was a bad experience, just disappointing... Especially since I had spent $60 on 4 hits (yeah I know $15 a hit is rediculous but its either that or dont trip haha).
