I told the shrink that I felt like my libido was gone, dead, I didn't even have 'morning glories' anymore (I am 37, I guess that can mean a bit of worry for anybody my age). My daily prescription resulted being 10mg of Cipralex (Escitalopram) and 4X5mg of Yocoral (Yohimbine).
As both drugs' notices read, I started feeling relieved (in both a sexual and psychological way) only 15 days after my first dose. I never missed doses, and scrupulously followed the prescribed dosage.

Interpreting this as the result of long restraining from letting my serotonin free into the synapses, I continued taking my average doses the day after, but, starting from my second dose of yohimbine, had to leave my workplace, as this had obviously become another 'ecstasy trip': I was unable to sit still or remain motionless, was speaking very fast, feeling almost overwhelmed with love for anyone I would talk with.
Lights and colours had suddenly become amazing, and vivid, imaginary music was running in my head, which I felt compelled to respond to by making complex rhythms on anything my hands could find... Although I love MDMA, I was feeling a little scared by the potency of the treatment and the totally unfitting environment in which it was developing its effects, so, that same night, I went to see the shrink, told him how I felt, and he had me stop the yohimbine and reduce the escitalopram dosage to 5mg.
That is where I am at right now, entering my 5th week of escitalopram.
After that day, I haven't noticed any unusual effect anymore, at least nothing more than the usual mood 'mildness' induced by the escitalopram.
