This isnt a story of how messed up I was or how disconected from reality I was. Its simply a story of how this plant improved my marrige, nat that it was bad before.

After getting home from work I found that my kratom had come in the mail and I was excited. I cant smoke weed due to my job (navy) and I cant buy alchol due to my age so this seemed like a great way to sit down and unwind after a hard day. Little did I know that eating it is no easy task. Basically I took a big spoonful and just lobbed it to the back of my throat, and boy did it hurt. My wife recalls seeing me in tears and coughing up clouds of green smoke. But I had figured it was enough and continued with my day.

A little while longer it started comming on and I was dissapointed. It was just to mild. So I went at it again trying to think of a better way to do it. So I pull out a glass and start mixing it with water. I was able to gulp down 3 glasses the dark green liquid but it wasnt easy. In each glass was about 1 tablespoon.

A little while later I start coming up and I got the relaxation I was looking for. I felt like I was on a mix of opiates and alchol without the sickness and the tiredness. I felt very comfortable and just cudled up next to my wife where I stayed for 4 hours. I layed my head up against my wifes breast to get comfy and I started realizing how much I charish what I had. I dont have much but I got a steady paycheck, a roof over my head and a wife who loves me more than anything...and really, what more could a man ask for.

Ever since I've been better to my wife, not that I was bad before. But now I buy her flowers on the way home from work from time to time. Take her out to eat every now and then. And make love to her rather than just have sex. I can honestly say my one experience with kratom improved my appreciation for my wife.
