1 hit smoked Sceletium tortuosum (dried)
BODY WEIGHT: 160 lb
Let me first state that this report is based on a simple test of the substance and not an actual experience.

I had just received my package of 5g of unpowdered Kanna from a well known headshop in the U.K. I had planned to save this for a another day when I didn't have other plans with other smokeables. However I greedily took a pinch from the bag and gave it a quick smoke from my Bottle Converter Bong.

A brief description of my mindset because this gives context for the effects that there were: I have high functioning Aspergers so I spend a lot of time dealing with social awkwardness, and positive emotions don't come easily for me. Most of the time I'm in a slightly irritated mood. I like to think I'm reasonably self aware and self content but I do have issues with finding motivation.

Now for the actual experience. I'm going to list what happened to keep this short.

First I started to feel a bit spaced out. But I suspect this is more placebo and just my body starting to react.

Increased energy, not physically but in my mind I don't feel like sitting down.

First I start to feel very content and a slight enhancement in my mood. Then when I start to get bored in my setting this flips round and I feel a bit spaced out and confused again. Things appear a bit sharper and I notice the change in light more.

I suddenly get the desire to go out for a walk so I decide to go round the woods. Before though I have to let my flat mates know I'm going out. I notice I seem to flow more smoothly through the brief conversation that we have and I can't help but smile.

Throughout the walk things just look better and more vivid. I also note that my sense of balance seems a lot better. On the walk back I still just can't help but smile and feel at ease with the world. Which is rare for me.

I get back to the flat and I just stay in a good mood for the rest of the day, helping out with everything I can.

What I can say at this negligible dosage is that it's quite therapeutic. The only negative is that because it raises the senses it wouldn't be good for pain relief as I would be more aware of it.
