A good trip on a good day.

4-MMC, and have tried DPT, and LSD.

This particular experience was shared between myself and a friend, we'll call him 'J.' I wasn't really keeping track of the time at which these events occured, but it was roughly between 5:30PM and 11:00PM.

*Please note that all times are approximated.*

[Erowid Note: Driving while intoxicated, tripping, or extremely sleep deprived is dangerous and irresponsible because it endangers other people. Don't do it!]
+0:00 J and I took 20mgs each of 2c-e. We were leaving a wal-mart parking lot to be on our way to a local state park. There is a train blocking the road, J is driving and decides to turn around in a car dealership. J's car stalls out and the owner of the lot tells us that 'looping is illegal. I could have called the cops.' We end up getting a jump and J goes back to wal-mart to buy a new battery.

+0:30 J and I are now driving to the state park.

+0:45 We arrive at the park. J is parked in a parking lot next to the beach. To our left is one of the great lakes, to our right is a small channel. Before hitting the beach I pack a bowl and we smoke.

+0:50 J and I are walking with J's dog on the beach and in the lake.

+0:60 We decide that the lake is cold and the beach is crowded. We consider walking in the woods for a while.

+1:20 We stop off at a dock in the channel mentioned before. I decide to go for a swim. The water is warmer than the lake and swimming felt pretty good. I was just beginning to trip. J decides to swim also, leaving his dog tied up to the dock. We both enjoy swimming and jumping from the dock for probably 30 minutes.

+1:50 I look down the steam and see a bridge roughly 15 feet over the water. I quickly think about what a thrill it would be to jump a bridge while tripping. I tell J that I think I am going to jump off of the bridge, he says okay and starts to come with me.

+1:55 I climb on the outside of the bridge and look down. Vertigo is feirce. At this point I am tripping I don't want to climb to the very top of the bridge (about an extra 7-10 feet) due to a sudden fear of heights. I jump off of the side of the bridge and feel an amazing rush of adrenaline. I immediatly jump again. J is lost staring into the clouds, I tell him how amazing it feels to jump from the bridge and he laughs and continues staring at the clouds. I tell him the clouds will still be there later and to jump from the bridge. He does and feels the same rush I felt. We continue jumping for about 30 minutes.

+2:20 We are certainly tripping at this point, we decide to head back to the car for another bowl. While we are walking to the car, J (still staring at the clouds) tells me that he feels like he can see waves of energy. I gaze into the clouds and feel that I know exactly what he means.

+2:30 We smoke another bowl and head back to the bridge for more fun.

+2:45 Arrived at the bridge and we are both feeling very euphoric and indestructible. We jump from the bridge some more, only this time climbing to the very top and jumping off. This produces a great thrill. At this point I am noticing some visuals, the bridge seems to wave which makes me feel somewhat unsafe, but after jumping the euphoria wins over paranoia.

+3:00 Some bystanders watch us jump from the bridge and some jump alongside us. This continues until the sun begins to set.

+5:00(*) We watch the sun set and leave the park. On our way home we got pizzas.

Conclusion: I remember thinking I wish I were alive in the 70s when LSD was going around. It seemed to me that days like this were exactly what the hippies were on about. All in all I had great fun and found our new favorite chill spot. We were both amazed that no one came to tell us to stop jumping even when roughly four other people joined in.
