I have tried a couple of herbal incense products and they all produce about the same effects just in different potencies and durations. They do provide a very marijuana-like high. Most seems to last for about 45 minutes give or take. Start slow, take a couple of tokes see how you feel. I would also suggest not doing more than that the first time, wait till the next day to see if you have any reaction or if you become ill. I have not had a problem, but don't be stupid about it, you are smoking something you don't know much about.

Over-all..worth the money, got me high.
