After approx 30 minutes I entered a state which could be best described as being 'afflicted with the lazy'. It was the most relaxing sensation ever, if causing a very very slight form of dizziness.
The lazy feeling keeps me in the tub longer, extending my bath time to 1 hour, 15 minutes =]
I wouldn't considered this a high, it seems to be an excellent way to release emotions and de-stress.
