Past experience with opiates includes Kratom (which I never felt any effects from), Vicodin (twice, one of the times I fell asleep, don't remember the other) and Codeine (most recent, took 1 pill on full stomach felt nothing, did CWE on 4 pills and felt very mild effects, did the same a second time; same experience as before).

I took an 8mg pill of hydromorphone orally around 3:30. I had a slightly full stomach, I had eaten a really small pizza for breakfast with some bread and a 6 inch subway sandwich for lunch along with a small gatorade, and a tall frapuccino later on. My brother claimed I should feel effects within 45 minutes to an hour. One hour later I still didn't feel any effects so I texted my bro and told him I don't feel shit. Then I went and smoked a small bowl of cannabis.

(4:15) 30 or so minutes later I started to feel just the slightest bit euphoric
(4:30). Went upstairs and ate dinner
(5:00) Right after I took the last bite of my burrito, chewed, and swallowed I started to feel some stronger effects. One hour later I looked at my pupils, they were pretty constricted, I realized I was pretty fucked up. About 30 minutes later I was feeling kinda sleepy, a little tiring to stand and a bit of nausea and was hot while doing dishes. Laying in bed completely alleviated this and felt wonderful.

It is now 8:00 I am still feeling at the peak of my high, possibly starting to come down a little. Laying in bed typing this. That little pill really kicked my ass.
