3:30pm: I arrive gradually at a very tentative +1. The visuals are so minor as to be almost imperceptible. A mental shift marked by plasticity, relaxation, and introspection is mild but certainly worth noting.
I remain at a +1 for the next 5 hours. I enjoy music tremendously, and there is some minor auditory enhancement and improved appreciation. Mild itching from time to time, but no visible skin irritation.
8:30-9:00pm: The comedown began and was gentle. Much like a smooth transition from a small dose of MDMA to sobriety. Was slightly energized for the next 2 hours.
In retrospect, My experience was not a typical one. I would have enjoyed more visual stimuli and enhancement. I may try 10 or 12mg next time. This was a very easily controlled, mild, sustained, shift, but left me wanting for a deeper experience. How much more do I need to get past a +1? Well, needless to say, I will find out.
