I had an amazing experience about a month ago on Wild Lettuce. It started with the bottles suggested amount of 30 drops but an hour later I decided to take another 30 due to not being sedated enough to sleep, I has severe sleep issues due to bad Post Traumatic Stress Disorder.

About 40 minutes later I began to feel very zonked and woozy like very relaxing and mellowed out. After another hour I crawled into bed and enjoyed strange but rather pleasurable vivid dreams. I found the deep rem sleep amazing especially because I almost never go into deep sleep.

In addition I took 30 drops of Lettuce a few days ago and felt a very relaxing state that consisted of light sedation increased happiness and an overall decrease in pain. If used in the right dose, it's not exactly a miracle plant but it works better than most of the options out there.
