Abstract
The large range in [11C]-McN-5652 binding among controls and the observation that most of the MDMA users fell within this range, questions the sensitivity and specificity of the technique. Furthermore, the investigators describe a negative correlation between cumulative MDMA dose and [11C]-McN-5652 binding, but this correlation was evident only when the controls were included in the analysis: no relation is discernible when the MDMA users are considered.
