A brief review of the literature on the development and chemistry of Psilocybin; its value in the pharmacological diagnosis of the personality; possible therapeutic applications and theoretical importance. . According to the author "a study of a substance like Psilocybin which at first sight may seem to have little therapeutic value is nevertheless an advance in the causal treatment of psychosis".
