Abstract
RADIOIMMUNOASSAYS, THEIR APPLICATION IN TOXICOLOGY. The assays of toxic substances are often tedious and sometimes very difficult, due to the necessity of extraction from the biological fluids. This technical problem is avoided by radio-immuno-assay (RIA), and for this reason this methodology is increasing very rapidly in Toxicology. The authors review these RIA used presently in the Held of toxic drugs and environmental polluants.
