Abstract
The influence of chlorpromazine activity on the disturbances of higher neural activity triggered by lysergic acid diethyla mide was investigated in dogs and apes. Intravenous doses of chlorpromazine elicited changes in the conditioned reflex ac tivity of apes; the larger the dose, the more intense the response. Intramuscular injections of the same preparation, however, exerted no influence on neural disturbances in dogs. 18 references. (journal abstract modified)
